We repair anything hydraulic related. In some cases of catastrophic failure to a hydraulic unit, it is more cost effective for us to manufacture a new pump or cylinder in a very short time-frame, usually quicker than the OEM can replace. We stock seals for most standard dump truck cylinders. We have the capability to make a new rod, tube, or any component for a hydraulic cylinder, including custom manufacturing of a complete cylinder.
For large cylinders, we have a cylinder bench with 50,000 lbs. of torque to break loose nuts and glands, this also allows us to torque the piston nut to factory specifications. We test all repairs in house. Our test bench capabilities are up to 100 GPM and 5,000 PSI.
